Return Policy - Seniorpetproducts.com

Before sending your order back, you must request an RMA #.   Items that are returned must be received by us within 30-days from the time your package was received. You are responsible for any costs of returning items, unless an item was shipped in error.

Full credit will be issued for items returned in new, resalable condition -- i.e. undamaged, free of any signs of use and with the original packaging intact. Items that are not resalable may be subject to a 20% to 50% re-stocking fee, depending on condition received.  


For health and sanitary reasons, some items (e.g. diapers, supplements, toothbrushes, etc.), if opened or used, will not be eligible for refund and will be discarded. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
