Before sending your order back, you must request an RMA #. Items that are returned (or exchanged) must be received by us within 14-days from the time your package was received, no exceptions. Returns received after 14-days will not be issued a credit. You are responsible for any costs of returning items, unless an item was shipped in error.
Full credit will be issued for items returned in new, resalable condition -- i.e. undamaged, free of hair and/or any signs of use and original packaging intact. Items that are not resalable may be subject to a 20% to 50% re-stocking fee, depending on condition received. Refunds for certain items that can not be resold may be disallowed and item sent back. For health and sanitary reasons, some items (e.g. diapers), if opened or used, will not be eligible for refund and will be discarded. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. However, all shipping and handling fees and any difference in costs associated with the exchange will be billed to the customer's credit card.
