you guys are so awesome! i called to ask about these and spoke with someone in customer service and she was SO SWEET! really helpful. i decided to go with these and our Lab is like a puppy again- after only 2 WEEKS!

Certain items may be returned within 21-days from the date you receive it. Products should be returned in new, resalable condition -- i.e. undamaged, free of any signs of use and with the original packaging intact.
