Sizing Instructions Using Sizing Chart:
Download and print the All-Terrain Dog Shoe Sizing Chart (Microsoft Word format). In order to view and print the sizing chart you will need a copy of Microsoft Word. If you are having trouble printing this sizing chart, you can determine the proper size by following the alternative sizing instructions below.
Place the All-Terrain Dog Shoe Sizing Chart on the ground, then place one of your dog's front paws on the chart with the heel of the paw against the thick black line. Be sure your dog is placing their normal weight on the paw that you are measuring. Choose the appropriate size shoe based on the information provided on the sizing chart.
Alternative Sizing Instructions (No Sizing Chart):
You may accurately determine the proper shoe size by following the instructions below even if you do not have a sizing chart printed out.
- Stand your dog on a blank piece of paper and trace the outline of their front paw, including their toenails.
- Be sure your dog is placing their normal amount of weight on the paw that is being measured and traced.
- Measure the length of the paw outline from the heel to the end of the toenails.
- Choose the shoe size that fits the entire paw – including toenails and excluding the fur.
- A snug fit is best - boots that are too large may slip off during rigorous activity.
- Refer to the dimensions listed below in order to choose the proper dog shoe size.

All that we ask is that the product is returned in as good a shape as when you received them – as we need to be able to resell them i.e clean, no hair, no scuffing and in its original packaging. Please try them on your dog in the house to test the fit and to prevent them from getting the product dirty or scuffed. Once we receive them back in “good shape” we will refund you 100% of your purchase price (minus shipping) no questions asked. However, if you do send them back and they cannot be resold, a 30% discount will be applied to your refund as a disposal fee as we will donate your shoes to NEADS Rescue Dogs for the Deaf and Disabled. You are also free to exchange them for another size of All Purpose Shoes or for another shoe in our catalog – however the Money Back Guarantee only applies to IPS All Purpose Dog Shoes.

These dog shoes may be exchanged for another size if they do not fit your dog, if they are resalable. The packaging must be intact and the shoes clean with no dirt or hair or any evidence of use. Customers that return shoes that are not in new, resalable condition will not receive a refund.
