Product Description
The Thera-Paw dog shoe provides ultimate protection for painful and injured paws. Excellent for indoor and outdoor us. Rubberized sole provides excellent traction on slippery floors such as hardwood and tile. Easy to put on and they stay on! Provides protection against environmental hazards such as ice, salt, and hot pavement (or sand). Water resistant - makes for an excellent swimming shoe.

Sizing Information
While your dog is standing, place a piece of paper under the dog's paw and trace around the paw. Then, remove the paper and take measurements at the widest point (for paw width) and longest point, including nails (for paw length). Since paws splay with added weight, for the most accurate measurements, make sure that your dog is bearing his/her natural weight down on the paw before you make your tracing. Remember to allow room for bandaging of the paw if that is required.
Thera-Paw boots are made with a rubber base and a stretchy, breathable, neoprene sock, so they will provide some degree of stretch to fit snugly over the digits.

Yes. To clean Thera-Paw, just rinse it with warm water and ring it out like a sponge. Thera-Paw air dries in less than one hour. You may also use a mild detergent. Thera-Paw tolerates cleaning by washing machine, dishwasher, and autoclave, though these processes may decrease it's longevity. |

These didn't work for him.Too hard. Not flexible enough

We have a 12 year old Shepherd with Degenerative Myelopathy, and this condition causes him to scrape the top of his feet, and wear his nails to the quik. These booties have been a godsend, they keep him and us going. He has gone through 8 booties and many miles. He has done so much for us over the years,and we are happy that you make a product that we can purchase to make him happy in his last few months. He lives for his walks!!

My lab was almost 14 years old, suffering from arthritis mainly in his back hips. I ordered these boots because he was dragging his paws and they were getting scraped. Later on, his front paws would also bend forward. I ordered the Medium/TE for his front paws and the Medium-Large/TF for his back paws because they seemed to measure as different sizes. He wore them a couple of times before he passed away. Although he was able to walk in them, they seemed to be too heavy. Before I got these boots, I had been wrapping his paws with the self adhesive bandage that stretches. In his case, since he didn't have much strength, I think the boots worked better.

This was a substantial, well made product, unfortunately it would not stay on our dogs paw. The ergonomics involved in the design did not conform to the anatomy of the paw and wrist. When it managed to stay on it worked very well, I think if it was lighter, it may have worked better.

Ordered the boots and the slippers for a suspected embedded corn on my greyhound. My dog quickly learned to walk in these, though she's a little awkward and clops around like a pony. Though she's not thrilled to wear them, she doesn't limp when they're on. I've found that I have to walk her VERY slowly, or the boots come off, and when they come off, they spook her. These slippers come off easily too, especially when she uses her paws to fluff her bed. All in all, though, I'm grateful to have something that evidently reduces pain.
