How To Measure For Dog Boots
You wouldn’t want to stick your size 10 foot in a size 8 shoe because it’d be incredibly uncomfortable. The same goes for your dog, which is why we’re here to help you measure your dog’s foot to ensure a comfortable fitting boot.
To measure the width of your dog’s foot, place the foot on a piece of paper and press down on the top of the foot, mimicking how the foot spreads when the dog’s walking.
Mark the left and the right side of the foot on the paper and measure the distance between the marks. Compare this to the boot sizes.
The width of the foot should be smaller than the boot size. For example, if the foot width is 1 1/2 inches, order an XSmall at 1 3/4 inches.

My boxer has some nerve damage related to spondylosis and drags both left paws. we also have laminate flooring which makes it worse for her. the boots are great for helping her keep her footing and prevents scraping her toes from the dragging when on walks. they are withstanding the dragging on ashphalt well. i would highly recommend them. they are a little tricky to get on but stay on and don't turn.

too heavy and bulky for what I needed- traction only. A friend had liked them for a dog with sore pads that needed the protection of 1/4 inch felt liner.

Our 14-year-old Lab drags his rear paws and we purchased these to use outside with his "Walkin' Wheels" handicapped cart. The streets in our neighborhood our very rough and have a lot of gravel. After two walks the rubber on one boot began to wear a bit, but the nylon is still intact and these are the strongest boots we've found so far. They fit very well and because of the double wrap velcro they stay on better than any others we've tried. No holes yet after being dragged a few miles! So far--so good!

This product is working quite well. I use the boots on her rear paws only and they allow her to move about without falling on the slippery wood floors. Further, they are easy to put on and do not fall off. My dog has a very weak rear end, and was unable to move about w/o help. She would fall and I do not have enough strength to lift her up. I was close to seeing the only option was to put her to sleep. Thank you for the alternative.

Work great to prevent slipping on hardwood flooring - which is why I bought them. However, my dog chews on them and seems unhappy to have them on all the time. He's old, sleeps most of the time, and I do remove them at night.
